Unfortunately no, we require a minimum of one day's notice to prepare your order. However, you may contact us at (631) 987-5628 to verify with our team if same-day service is possible.

The photos shown represent the overall theme and style of the arrangements. The bouquets feature seasonal flowers, and substitutions may be made if they are not available. If suitable, changes will be discussed with and approved by the customer before finalizing the order.

All online orders are confirmed via e-mail. If there are any issues, you will be contacted via e-mail or by phone.

The delivery fee is calculated dependent on the delivery address and its mileage from the flower studio in East Moriches, NY.

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of payment for a 100% refund. This does not apply to same-day delivery. 50% of the payment will be refunded to the buyer if the order is canceled after 12 hours of purchase and up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Payment will not be refunded if the order is canceled less than 24 hours before delivery.

We will only contact the recipient at the request of the purchaser.

In the case that the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will try to contact the recipient or purchaser by phone unless they have provided us with special instructions on their order form not to do so. While we will do our due diligence to reach someone, if we can not, we may leave the delivery by the door and provide photographs for proof.

You can pick a preferred time slot on our website from 9 am to 9 pm. If you would like the order delivered at a specific time, you can send us a request via email foxflowersny@gmail.com

Yes, large orders are available for businesses and corporations. But they have to be preordered at least 10 days in advance.
